• Payment Terms: By enrolling in a paid service, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method in accordance with the billing terms specified at the time of purchase or in your specific agreement.

• Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments on credit builder loans may result in late fees, negative reporting to credit bureaus, and possible suspension of services. Please refer to your Loan Agreement for specific details regarding late payments and penalties.

• Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the specific terms outlined in your Service Agreement or Loan Agreement.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, Credit of America does not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other damages resulting from problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Note: We do not guarantee specific credit score outcomes. Credit scores are determined by third-party credit bureaus based on complex algorithms and your overall financial behavior.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Credit of America, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CREDIT OF AMERICA, LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED THEREIN.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDIT OF AMERICA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:

• THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Michigan, specifically located in Oakland County or Detroit, Michigan.
